The National Traffic System (NTS) is what handles official messages throughout the amateur radio system. In Oklahoma, we use a combination of traditional phone/CW nets and Winlink digital transmissions. The entire system is explained on the Oklahoma Section NTS page at https://ok.arrl.org/nts/.
